Bad day today. Didn't get up this morning and exercise or do anything else really. Just did the minimum to get to work ok, not much else. Worked hard at work and got a lot accomplished. Got groceries came home and had a complete meltdown. Exhausting week. Doing better now. Want to be productive. Took some more stuff off my dance card. Giving up on the movies for now. TV, finishing reading this book, exercise and health plans, and working on writing only right now. Enough of all that to keep me overwhelmingly busy at the moment. On my vacation I will focus on getting my home cleaned and prepped for the spring and summer and then I will be set for a while. Hopefully then I can refocus, regroup, and start including some more things in my life. It will be good to get back into the drive thru full time again.

No migraines today.

I awoke with blood in my mouth again and the house completely dry. Really hate this humidifier.

After my meltdown, Tyson gave me permission to have a treat. I am not sure why I couldn't give myself permission for that. I had lunch and wasn't even sure I wanted one, but after a while I decided to have it and I am glad I did. A tiny reese's peanut butter egg. 90 calories. A big punch for a small thing, but that is ok, still well within my calorie allowance for the day, and in fact, it is late enough in the day that I am not even sure I feel like having dinner. Very full at the moment and it is already 6:30 PM. I may just have a light snack for dinner including some fiber. I don't feel like preparing anything big right now.

I'll be better and more on my A-Game tomorrow for sure. Just needed to give myself permission to relax and take a break. I am glad Tyson reasoned with me on that.
