Yay!!! Another pound down. I am going to lower the bar for a goal weight of 190 - that way I'm within the recommended BMI for my height. Perseverance!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
