So I have been sick for over a week and I'm finally feeling better. I decided to start tracking my consumption again because it worked for me in the past. Here goes nothing.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sounds great, sorry you were so sick, that is never fun! Tracking always keeps me on track, when I slip and get lazy is when those dang pounds don't do what I expect them to:-)
