Went to bed early last night. Very tired. The rest I already blogged about. Should be good otherwise. Somewhat back on track this morning. Exercising and praying at least. Those are good first steps, definite dehydration this morning though and Tyson is all out of whack, but we'll get that straight later today.

No migraines.

My tongue looked gross this morning and it is super dry in here still, but working on that too.

HUGE crying jag and general exhaustion last night. That was because of going and mourning the death of our Lord, such consummate sadness, very difficult to endure but that is kind of the point. Feeling a bit refreshed today, though and working on my life, hoping the Lord will guide me.

UPDATE: Just discovered I FORGOT TO TAKE MY MEDICINE LAST NIGHT.
I hope there is no major fallout from that today. SO annoying.
205.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
