So frustrating when the scale wont move! At least my pants are getting loose though!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel your pain, been there, can identify the frustration for sure. It passes though, I can assure you. I sat for almost 6 weeks at pretty much the same number, up 1 one day and down the next only to go back up again. Make sure you are drinking lots and lots of water, I was but upped it some more which is what got me going again. I also upped my fat too, not exactly sure which of the 2 made the scales move down but something did. Just hang in there, as maddening as it is. Be stubborn, get mad, don't let a number derail all your hard work so far. You can do this and you will!
