My weight loss is so erratic due to my inability to exercise every week [consistently] First it was my blister, now it's my BACK!
I have a feeling my BACK is going to take longer to recover than my blister did!
I just have to keep reminding myself that I AM, [in the long run] losing weight, and that I'm LUCKY that I'm able to walk AT ALL [considering I've had 4 back surgeries and I have 2 metal rods [10" each] in my back!]
So let's thank the good Lord for small favors and be thankful that I am able to even walk AT ALL!
Hopefully, I'll be able to go a very short distance tomorrow... I figure I'll just have to start slowly and take 'baby steps' [adding the distance between street lights daily]
Soon I'll be back to my half hour walks...
