Still unable to walk today... DUMB BACK!
Got a new battery for my scale so I could weigh in... I KNEW I would gain this week from not being able to go on my morning walks!
I'm a LITTLE bit better today, but that's because I was reclining most of yesterday. But today I'm back to work, so that impedes my improvement level.
Maybe tomorrow... I got my pain meds filled so I've got THAT going for me!
