Trending downward! Yay!

Busy day today too.

156.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb. Still to go: 31.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I noticed the downward trend!! Cool!!! It's funny how we all seem to go through cycles together ... I've been slammed at work lately ... LOL!!! Keep it up Abba ... whatever you are doing is working quite well!!!
