I weighed in on my home scale first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything, and so I've adjusted my weight according to it. This seems more fair since it is the scale that I used during all my other weight loss. So it may look like I've lost 5 lbs, but that is only in scale difference.

No headaches yesterday. Wore contacts all day without problem. Eye twitch seems to be getting a bit better.

Made lots of meals, recorded all my food, and got groceries ok yesterday. Lots of positive things done.

Not much else to report. Oh, a bit of cramping and pain in my foot while exercising. Gonna take breaks as Tyson suggested and just take my time overall and in general with it. Everything else seems good.

210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
