I've been really good on food intake, keeping a calorie deficit daily, for the last week or more. The big surprise, my weight has climbed the last three days. The 'Fat Devil' is trying to weaken my resolve to become healthier but it won't work. Eat Well!
173.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
