Day 36 (Week 5): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST


Good morning all you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!

So I had another decent day. I could have probably eaten more veggies (sorry Crocuses!) But still ate relatively healthfully and more than met my caloric and caloric deficit goals. Yoga was fabulous! I so missed it last week when I was sick. Been doing the yoga for about a year and a half now and I truly enjoy it.

My Wii Fit came in yesterday!!! My back up plan is in place for when the free gym membership is over on Monday! Excellent! :)

Old Man Scale remained agreeable this morning. 1/2 lb down is still in the right direction! 1 more lb and I will have reached my floor goal for the November Challenge! Weee!


Floor Goal: 250
13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 16.5 down from when I first started watching in August, and 1 from now. Should hit this by the end of the week-end as was my original goal! YAYAYAY!
Mid-range: 245 Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 6 from now. The goal date is now officially Nov. 1st.
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. If my averages keep up, this should be no problem. It is a bit stretch but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 16 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching.
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching!!

1st things first. Get myself to 250 (1 more!!!), then 245 then worry about the others!

Have you tried out the Wii Fit yet, or are you sticking to the gym until the membership expires? From what I've seen from ads the Wii Fit has a lot of yoga built into it, so I think you'll enjoy it.

Not yet. I have not even had a chance to open the box. I may on Sunday. I am gonna hit the gym on Sunday if it's open and Monday and that will be the last day at the gym. Will try and do Wii Fit on Wed, my reg yoga class Thursday and maybe Wii Fit Next Saturday and Sunday.

might be good idea to try out the wii before gym membership runs out just to see how you like the new plan first...have a great day

Well I cannot afford the gym membership SO I don't have much of a choice. I will likely do so on SUnday anyway or MAYBE Saurday night. i don't have any other time open.

I've got to be more active! You are impressing me with your activity. Let me know about the Wii Fit once you've tried it! I am dying for one.

I used my Wii fit religiously for about a month. And then I got bored with it. I will have to try it out again, now that I'm in a new frame of mind. It really is a fabulous creation. Enjoy yours! :)

Old Man Scale seems to be appreciative of the healthy eating and exercise! Go figure! :) Hope you enjoy your Wii. You are doing great!
