Second day and things are improving, another hectic day and another slow start, but doing well. Lots of solid exercise this morning and even though tired and a late start, had plenty of time. Things should be easier once I start getting up on time! Wore my contacts all day at work today. No headaches and no problems. Thank the lord. A bit of funky ear pain this morning and runny nose while exercising. Just SLIGHT headache this morning, went away though, and a bit of stress but generally feeling fine today. Gonna try and exercise for a little bit again tonight, but feeling a bit more tired today. Cut out significant amounts of sugar and caffeine over the last couple days so I expect a bit of a fallout from that but trying to manage that. Health is steady!

Sticking firmly to the diet and binder, but work projects are definitely interfering with creative time. I'm hoping I am a bit more settled on that now. Filled out my food journal for the next few days, so I won't have to spend much time with that, but I need to make my menus out and plan meals and groceries a bit more firmly. Supposed to go to the grocery store tonight, wondering if it wouldn't be a good idea to just wait until Wednesday, but then if I need something before then, I'll have to go twice and that is annoying too...Maybe I can just pick up a few essentials, and get the rest Wednesday, not looking forward to the double running, but it might just have to be that way this week.

Sticking to the plan is working great! Down three lbs since yesterday morning!
