I know what works for me. I know enough about nutrition to have a rough idea of a moderate plan. I know what's bad and what I won't give up entirely, so a reasonable plan is my goal.
Lots of fiber Brown carbs... Fruits, vegetables Limited potatoes, corn Lean meats, nuts, low fat dairy, eggs Beans...although they don't agree with me so I have to be careful
All the diet drinks I want, lots of water and tea
Sugar free treats
Count calories, try to cut back on even the brown carbs. Be active.
