Hola Reina - Good job. Don't let people get you down. I'm not certain what you do exactly, but I don't judge others harshly - I've made too many mistakes in my past to do so. Stick with us regularly here - as much as you can. You know if you stay on the diet long-term you will be successful losing weight. I'm nearly SEVENTY pounds down from my highest weight. No weight goal is too high to reach! :)
