I finally made it to the 170 mark!! :D Weighed in this morning, even though I am at 170.4 - 40 pounds...(39.6 to be exact but that 170 is standing there!!!) started this journey Oct. 1st 2012! I'm finally getting excited again..

Ounces to Ounces - Ounces to Pounds! I've got to hang in there!
170.4 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dorotheeeeeee! You gots to hang in there baby, 4-oh is a big milestone. My crystal ball is showing white jeans in June for you:-), don't surrender Dorothy! Not now! J-play (but totally serious about how proud I am of you for this 4th increment of ten). Love your grit and determination. Stick that landing!
