Grrr! I keep coming back to this weight! Last week I was at it 5 straight days before it dropped to 145.2, then it shot up day after and now it's been 146.6 for a few days again. My mom says that must be my happy weight, blah!

I understand it has everything to do with what I am eating, but I still can't wrap my head around eating dfferent. I know what I should eat, but when I eat clean and healthy I end up only around 1000 calories and am starving. Ugh! I need to go grocery shopping this weekend, so I'm going to buy different things to make for suppers and try to come up with something to take for lunch. I am stressing way too much about the scale not being the "right" weight and need to put my focus more on being healthy and fit and loving the body that I have (and that my husband says he loves).

I am proud of myself for the exercise routine I have gotten into. Every day it gets easier to get up early in the morning and exercise. NSV - Exercised with shorts on this morning and during bicycle crunches see that I have a nice muscle in the front of my thigh!

I'm there too. I have been here before, you'd think I'd learn. For me it's when I hit 135, then I feel stuck. I may go down a couple, but it seems like then somehow I'm back up to 135 again. Last time I broke through this I was in a steady workout routine and eating better, so I need to go back to that but it's hard. You'll break through this, especially since you've got the workout routine going. Keep working on the eating, because once you've got both working together you'll see a drop. My eating is good all day, but it's the evening that's a killer, I always want to have seconds at dinner and snack. We can break through this weight we just have to keep pushing!

We can break through this!! I'm not too bad at night, usually don't snack too much after dinner and depending on what we have usually don't go back for seconds. My problem is during the day, breakfast and lunch. If I don't have time to eat at home, I stop at the gas station on my way too work and if I don't pack my lunch, I make crappy choices. I've lost it before, but was hungry all the time, so I need to figure out a healthy way to eat more and not be so hungry.
