flaxseed's Journal, 21 September 2008

Another beautiful sunny Autumn morning. I think I'll be planting some spring bulbs today and generally tidying up before the frosts come. Yesterday was a thoughtful day. It would have been my mother's 92nd birthday. Sadly she is no longer with me in person but even after 5 years I still miss her. My head knows everyone has to leave this world, but my heart says I wanted her for longer. I thought how proud she would have been about the lbs I've lost so far and hey ho when I stood on the scales this morning it was down again. Only a bit but its better than up. Diet is becoming easier and easier and I automatically choose the right things now. Just have to keep an eye on things so that I don't start creeping back into bad habits
267.7 lb Lost so far: 82.3 lb.    Still to go: 42.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
