Starting a new diet today... Bob Harper's "The Skinny Rules" is the book we (husband and I) are following. We had our first breakfast on the plan and it was actually very good! We had an egg white omelet, 1 piece of 100% whole wheat/whole grain toast, and 4 strawberries. I feel full and excited to have my whole week planned out for each breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hopefully this excitement lends to some weight loss! ;)
