Dang!! Why am I at a stand still regardless of how much I eat or how much I exercise!!! I am just telling myself it's because I am gaining muscle. I have heard that muscle weighs more than fat and when you exercise and start building muscle you will notice inches lost before you see the scale drop. As long as my clothes start getting loose I'm ok with it.....although it does help to see the scale go down too!!!

Actually. . . a pound is a pound is a pound. However, muscle is more dense than fat. The problem could be that your muscles are holding on to extra water to heal themselves! Keep up the good work, it WILL payoff!

Your chart looks great and you seem to be losing fine. Most people only lose a pound or two a week. When you combine it with exercise, you sometimes see the fat loss more than the scale moving sometimes. Muslce is more dense than fat, so you can see a gain but go down in sizes. It takes a long time to get our bodies in shape. You are on the right track. Just keep going. You are doing great.
