Woot I BEAT the little mini plateau I went on to reach a new low :) yayayayay Looks like I can be in the challenge yet another week!!!!


Day 12 (Week 2): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

So Old man scale decided to flirt with me this morning and show me a nice little loss! Wahoo!!! So my goal of 255 by the end of the week seems quite possible now :) By I will settle for 257 goal is reached now to move on to that 255 mark. Next week I will likely start having to set my sights a little slowler since I will be out of the initial fat flush that ALWAYS happens when I start "being good"

One of my groups has a group challenge of walking at least 15 minutes a day 5, days a week. I need to start doing that too. It can only help!! So I have walked some but not structured enough to call it 15 minutes yet :( It was raining at lunch yesterday and I did not have a whole lot of time in the evening but that feels like an excuse to me since it's JUST 15 minutes. Must do better on that front.

As for food intake, I really think I am doing fine. Still not feeling at all deprived and staying within my self imposed guidelines (for the most part) and definitely always netting calories burned within my own guidelines. If the loss slows down a lot then I may need to re-evaluate but we shall tackle that challenge if it comes. (I left this paragraph the same as it still applies :))

I am about 1/2 of the way to my floor goal of 13lbs by Novemeber.....WooHoo! I may have to up the floor goal too...or maybe have a mid-goal in there to strive for...maybe 245 which is about 12 lbs from now :) But I will do even BETTER than that! 235 I am coming for you!!

1st things first. Reach 250 then worry about the others :D
257.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
