=O Okay, okay. I won't even give any excuses other than to say it's T.O.M. AND my daughter's 2nd birthday WEEKEND. Yep, we had a little party for her on Saturday (which was so fun for all of us!) and then took her camping for the first time. I ate a lot of potatoes and bread and not enough veggies, fruit, and protein. It just reinforces and reminds me that I can't ever let my complete guard down when eating. Without boundaries and constant 'control' of what goes into my mouth, the pounds will pack on rapidly.
So, veggies yuk and ImLuuvd...looks like I have quite the bit of work ahead of me to get to 229 by the 8th!
No worries, though. I have no intention of giving up! =D
Got my Fit & Phat homework printed out and have already begun.

I think a lot of us have breathed a sigh of relief now that the September long weekend is behind us. It signals the end of a lot of tempting cookouts, picnics, parties, etc. The next couple of months should be pretty smooth sailing (except for Thanksgiving in October for us Canadians!). Your stats will improve in the near future - I'm making the prediction and sticking to it!

I sooo totally agree with Evelyn....the temptations of summer are about over....and yes, Miteslur, we have to be ever vigilant about what we choose to eat....I KNOW u can reach your mini goal...I'll sure be rooting for ya!!! hugggies

Woo hoo! Don't let it stop you. I have noticed the weekends arent so kind to you (either that or you're very naughty on the weekends..lol)but get RIGHT back in the game, F&P has started now and get in that pool with veggies! You can do it, I have faith in you! Make it happen. Again, I know you can!

Tonight is h20 night! I will be there! Thanks for the encouragment! Yes, weekends are a work in progress for me. But, with diligence, I will succeed! =) Got my water bottle right next to me!

YOU MUST BE IN THE POOL WITH ME TONIGHT...lol...it will come off in no time...be good with the food and exercise choices...i bought a pair of the water gloves that info said to use...they really work...i would recommend getting pair...also going to order some thigh weights in acouple of weeks...since i cannot wear the ankle ones...anything to speed up the process...hang in there...see you TONIGHT

My mom is coming in today and we leave for Mexico in the morning, but I'll go to the pool for a little bit this morning to join ya all while I can! I'll check in with ya miteslur as soon as I get back from Mexico. You and veggies yuk keep kicking serious wave butt in that pool!

They actually have those water gloves, there at the gym, and I DO USE THEM! I hadn't heard of the thigh weights, though. Wonder if they'd help me keep my balance on a couple of those 'moves' we do in class! LOL So far I've done well with my eating choices today. For breakfast we had the Chunky Vegetable Hash on top of poached eggs, and a couple of strips of turkey bacon. It was really tasty! Right now I'm sipping on some coffee and my jug of water. I have a feeling that my weight gain has to do with the extra amounts of Johnny's Seasoning I consumed over the last few days. It seems like everyone was using it to season stuff. I need to lay off of the salt today and see if that helps. Have a super duper time in Mexico, ImLuuvd! How exciting! I'll see you in the pool before you leave!
