I didn't intend to weigh myself but I was up early and decided to do it. Hopefully I can keep this loss and get lower still by Saturday which I consider my official weigh-in day.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
