Well, I'm approaching goal weight. As an older person I don't know if I want to lose more or not. I like a little curve. I don't know how I will look if I lose another 10 lbs. That will be the max anyway. I am going on a short vacation on Thursday and I don't think I will have access to the internet. I will be gone for five days. This is a test for my character. I might be going alone. I had planned to from the beginning. I want to lay by the pool and workout in the gym. If something catches my eye then I'll do that. But otherwise ....no plans except Saturday night dinner with a friend and her grandson. That's the way I do vacations.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might try eating to maintenance intake for awhile, just to make sure you can stop. Sometimes when your body gets in losing mode, it's hard to turn it around. That happened to me once.
