Ok so I really need to take a break from strict dieting. Right now I think I will try alternate day dieting with some personal rules in mind.

I plan to eat whatever I want within these guidelines:

On my up days:
* I will not count calories.
* I will only eat one thing at a time.
* I will only eat when I am hungry, but plan to get in my full RDI of calories..
* I will not eat unless I am truly hungry, not just "empty".
* When I am hungry, I will measure out the portion size listed on the label.
* When I eat I will sit down to eat and enjoy every bite of my food without guilt.
* If I still feel hungry I will wait 15 times minutes before eating anything else.
* I will try to eat healthy but if I am desiring some particular food I will eat the food that I desire in the recommended portion size listed on the label.

On my down days:
* I will eat less than 500 calories.
* I plan to follow HCG Simeons phase 2 protocol eating.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good idea to take a break every once in a while. It should be easy enough not to gain alternating days (and lose as well). You will have that jump up on the scales back down in no time at all. Keep up the good work and have a great day StarGlow!
