Ok so all things considered I ate very good indian vegetarian food including rice and fruit all week and did not watch calories at all since that was the only choice at the retreat with the food that was served. I didn't have access to the internet at all and I purposely did not bring my scale since I did not want to stress at all. I did have a restful time and learned a few very interesting things.

Today, however vacation is over and today will be a steak day.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Glad you had a great time!!! I bet some steak and high protein will get you right back on track. You can do this! So happy you are back! :)

So happy to see my wonderful buddies again! You both are doing so well and as always I really appreciate your support. Today I was not really prepared for a steak day and I didn't make it. I am just not wanting to stress over dieting right now. I think I may try alternate day dieting for a week or so and see if I can lose on that method. If not I can always go back on the spray. I am integrating some new mental stuff right now and I find I am only able to do one major thing at a time and keeping on track with protocol is just one thing too many. I am going to change my diet for the next week at least so that the people that are watching my diet know that I am off protocol in case it doesn't go so well.
