Finally, the day has arrived! Getting my bridge and chicken fried steak for supper! Heading to San Antonio for a couple of days on the Riverwalk, and great Mexican food, Back to my regular eating plan when we return. I'm walking 2+ miles a day now, but desperately need new walking shoes. Looking forward to salads!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
