Back to the weekly grind. Today is my monday. Start of Induction Week 3 and start of my work week.

Still a little constipated, so I upped my dosage of my herbal fiber pills. (www.blessedherbs.com - It's the "digestive stimulator" if you're interested)

I need to get over my vegetable "phobia". I'm not eating enough greens and I'm kinda sick of spinach. Tried a lettuce-wrapped burger yesterday and I took two bites, then pulled the lettuce off and just ate the burger. The lettuce didn't taste bad, I just couldn't eat it anymore. I don't know why. I couldn't eat the salad that went with the burger either. Maybe I need therapy. LOL
274.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like to snack on grape tomatoes and snap peas. They are easy to grab and don't really feel like eating veggies.
