Ok, I went a little crazy at lunch. I told myself I was eating this stuff to get it out of the house and make room for new healthy things. Something in me won't allow me to throw away perfectly good food. I wish there was a Whole Foods in my town.

Truthfully, I just had a breakdown in resolve. Everything is ok, one meal isn't going to ruin everything. I just keep replaying this old, tired, story in my head about how I've tried so many times and failed and how I'm not capable of succeeding, and how people are tired of my empty promises and excuses. It's total B.S. and just one more way I hide from living my life and avoid responsibility for my choices.
