I love summer when you can work out in the yard and the garden and burn up calories, and get so hot you lose your appetite. Haha--maybe not, but that's a reality here in Houston and I might as well look at it as an advantage. I'm very fortunate to have a pool, so I work, sweat and then get in the pool. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I'm listening to one of the Great Courses on Audible "Nutrition Made Clear." It's helping me keep focused, and it is also teaching me a lot of things I didn't know and refuting a lot I *thought* I knew. The prof happens to be from Houston so she has information and remedy of particular use to me, but I recommend it to everyone. She is kind of all over the place at first, and not the best presenter, but she's definitely got the knowledge.

Cherry plums are in the stores!!! This excites me no end!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
