I have a doctor's appt and my real goal is to be 159 or less at the doctor's office. I know all scales are different and I have to add for clothes and the food I'll eat. But I just want to be normal, for the first time everywhere, not just on my scale. 159 is the top of normal weight for my height. I've always had doctors telling me to lose weight all my life and I want to arrive. I know it's stupid. It just another mental thing to conquer.
