After gaining and losing.. I'm only 1.25 over where I was last week.. so I'm happy. I don't care if it comes across as a gain, I lost 3 pounds this week, after gaining what I lost last week.
278.3 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
