Not a good day today - picnic lunch - no veg at all no water plus 4 squares of chocolate. Must plan better for picnics. At least I stayed away from ice cream.Perhaps it was hard because its a weekend.......
278.9 lb Lost so far: 71.1 lb.    Still to go: 53.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
