Well, I'm halfway there! I can't believe I lost weight this week with all the cheating, but I did try to stick to no carbs after 4pm and no food after 7pm. I would have been happy with no gain, but a little loss is even better. Let's keep this momentum going!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
