Negligible weight loss (actually .2lbs gain) today. I can track this thing by how I am sticking to the diet. The first couple days, I was doing it perfectly, then yesterday, I slipped by eating too many Atkins "treats" and today, I didn't eat enough carbs. I probably won't lose for a couple days now. But that's alright. I've made progress.
I discovered the reason I'm slipping is because I'm running out of food. I miscalculated how much I was really going to eat and didn't buy enough. I'm out of veggies, pretty much, and have only frozen chicken breasts for meat now. I'll go shopping again on Friday.
I find it hard to make meal plans, because I've never been the type to cook my own meals more than 2-3 times a week (during a good week). I was all about convenience foods, fast food and eating out. Now I have to pay attention to my food needs myself. So judging how much I'll eat in a week is something I'll get used to.
No bowel movement at all today. Ate no veggies at all today either. Had a big breakfast, ate a small snack that counted as lunch and a very small dinner. I'm not ravenously hungry, though.
I'll pick things up again tomorrow and get back in the saddle. I have the next two days off work, so it'll be easier to cook what I need to eat.

Hi, I' struggling this week, I put weight on last week, and so far this week I haven't lost anything, even though i'm recording everything that passes my lips, I'm ++ on my ketistix, so there should be some weight lose. But even though I weigh my self daily, I only record it on a Saturday, so hopefully by then i will have lost..
Regards to you not having bowl movement, are you drinking plenty of water, I'm trying to have at least 4 pints of liquids a day, and if i do that i don't have a problem.Your frozen veggies will be fine, as you need the vitamins & fiber, (don't know why I'm saying this as you already no it)Sorrryyy. I'm rabbiting a bit.
Anyway stick with it, and I hope you start losing again soon...
