Well, it could be worse. Came down from yesterday, so, it's just more motivation. Already worked out this morning, doing that dance workout.. I'm more uncoordinated than I thought..lol.

Anyway, I'm off to drink my water.. and check on my friend's dog here this morning.
280.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
