Down 1.4 after a weekend full of bad decisions. Started out innocently with Miller Lites, but ended up being Vodka Red Bulls and Jack and Cokes. REGULAR COKES!
How on Earth am I down after a weekend like that?
I'll take it.
279.2 lb Lost so far: 86.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

LOL not fair, i just have to look at food and it attaches itself to my hips..........

Alcohol can cause dehydration, which can cause a loss on the scale, or you are really lucky, lol. Either way, great job!

By the sounds of it you had a great time and a loss to boot, that's great!, now me, I would have gained about 5 lbs, lol! I'm sure you're back on track again and heading for that goal (O:

I did the same and maintained... but I did Captain and DIET cokes. Maybe I'll have to start with the regulars! But my counsellor did warn me that I'll see the loss first and then the gain a couple days later. Good luck!

The arm curls obviously produced muscle which caused you to burn more fat. Men can live the fantasy also.
