I could CRY....I am sooo happy...weighed in this morning....YES very pleased with results!!!Been following everything down to a T and has paid off...lots of exercise today...Day with hubby,,,usually my big down fall...but NOT today...I am to hyped...
141.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
