Birthday week, and I lose weight! 🙌 My sister made me a Keto cake, and I had seafood for dinner. Stayed the course, no over-doing it and I brought my protein popcorn to the movies to see Avengers. This was a good week! 💪💪

254.4 lb Lost so far: 112.6 lb. Still to go: 59.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys! And the protein popcorn I purchase at our local grocery store (Giant Eagle). It’s by Protes and they have 3 flavors, white cheddar, light butter and light cinnamon. All 3 are 9 net carbs for a decent size single serving bag. They are a good treat if you stay clean eating all day. They also make protein chips that are sturdier than Quest chips, but you def don’t get a lot in the bag...mostly air. lol. You can also purchase them online through their website. That’s what I did this last time to try all of the flavors.
