So...June 3, 2011, u set out on a journey to get healthy. I started at 395lbs, and lost 104lbs in exactly 12 months, finally under 300lbs. Well...I got comfortable, stopped tracking, instead of gym 5 days a week. I went 3, and then eventually, stopped going all together. I went back to what got me to 395 in the first place and gained 77lbs of it back as of April 2, 2014, then weighing 368lbs. But I'm not discouraged, this journey will be a lifetime for me and breaking the relationship I have with food. So I am back at it. In now 6 weeks, I have lost 27lbs. My next goal is 50 in 12 weeks, so I have 6 more weeks to lose another 23. I have been very diligent in my diet throughout the week. Friday, Saturday or Sunday...I do allow myself a meal of my choice. But no fast food!!! I swear there is hormones in that crap that makes me want more!!! Lol For any and all reading this, I understand the struggle. We are all in it together, and it can be done!!!! #teamgetlean #teamhealthy #fattofit #100lbclub
