=D (BIG cheesy grins!) Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am still in shock, actually. Looking at the big picture and seeing I'm almost 20 lbs lighter just blows my mind. There was a time, not too long ago, that I felt as if I'd NEVER be able to lose the weight. But, look at me now?

wow..congratulations on another pound down!! I personally think summer is the best time to lose weight because the hot weather makes you not want to eat as much. What new vitamins are you taking?

miteslur, I checked out your orovo and it sounds like it has some very good ingredients. I take another multivitamin you may want to look into that has more vitamins in it (though it isnt a detox formula) I use Alive multivitamins which I purchase through vitacost.com. This website had the lowest price anywhere for the tablets.
