Woke up this morning. Had to finish cooking Thanksgiving for my family here at the house, clean up, and get myself and twins ready..

I squeezed in a 30 minute exercise regimen. I felt like I had to workout due to the food I knew I was going to eat today.

All I can do now is pick myself up and get prepared for these Challenges next week. Monday Nov. 26th.. I'm ready and I'm not quitting.

Got on the scale today, wanted to record my weight before the Thanksgiving festivities. I want to see what type of damage I will cause by the time next Monday comes....I wiegh in on Mondays only..
192.2 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At least you made the time to workout! I can't even get my butt up to do that :/ I'll be cooking all of my low-carb stuff ahead of time tomorrow. Made my low-carb cornbread muffins today for the dressing. Also made low-carb bread, but it didn't turn out too good. Kinda rubbery :/ I guess I'll just use the cornbread by itself. Looking forward to these Challenges with you! :)
