One week in Kansas with and it all unravelled!

I will weigh in twice a week and I will manage my calories. Did i forget to mention, that i stopped working out for almost four weeks?

Self sabbotage? Yes.

Nevertheless, I will get back on to healthy habits again!!
172.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.4 lb a week
