performance: losing 2.6 lb a week
I travel for work....plenty of overnights in hotels.
Unbelievably challenging to keep the weight off.
I must change my mindset and expand my social group to include activities that will keep the weight off.
My 2013 commitment:
1. Five days per week, I must excersice for an hour -- 2 half hour sessions if necessary.
2. Weigh in twice a week--Monday and Friday
3. Log in everything I eat -- consume 1,500 calories or less per day
My stats as Jan 6th:
Chest: 41 1/2
Arms: 11 5/8
Waist: 35 1/2
Hips: 41 1/2
My goal is 160lbs by February 2013.
Weight:167.8 on Jan 7th
Weight:165.0 on Feb 1st
Weight:170.0 on April 12th
My commitment turns on and off. My family wants me to get a grip on my weight and I certainly must get with a program.
