So my weight has been going up and down like a yoyo. I have been having to many drinks (Rum and Cokes) and just overeating as a whole. We had to go to Vegas and satying on the Diet was next to impossible. So I am back on the wagon if you will. Trying to get to 210 by the end of the year.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
