no change on the number front....must be in inches this week instead of the scales...
304.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Inches are great! I know I have no change at the scales, but the pants are gettin' baggier, so no complainin' here, either! :) Keep on kickin' it up!
