After one successful day back on the diet I am filling good and motivated....the number on the scale is dropping again to my delight and I am happy to see it...really happy. Here's to a great week. I will continue to eat well and keep up this good work in hopes of being back to my previous low weight by next week's weighin.
345.2 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 165.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
