I really need to start eating better. I can do so well for a while, then I just crash into the easy junk food again. I need to start getting veggies and cutting them up that day, but once I'm home from the store and have put everything away, my motivation is gone. Really, I can do okay all day and then when I'm home from work it's like I forget all about eating well.
I did do my workout yesterday evening, so at least I stayed on track there, and I'm hoping to do my workout tonight too, since I didn't get up this morning. I am up another .6 lbs from last week, so I'm moving in the wrong direction. My goal is to stay at 130 or below through the holiday season, so I'm going to have to start cracking the whip a little more I guess.
I can do this, I just have to get my head back in it.

I usually shop one day and then cook the next. This way I don't have to do it all at once. The trick is to go shopping while you still have food in fridge from the previous trip :)

I shop for a week of meals at a time. I have to buy meals for the family and lunch stuff for me, and all of the other things we need. Maybe I can do shopping on Saturday (when possible) and cut up my veggies and make soups or whatever on Sunday. I'll have to try that.
