Got stuck eating lunch out again yesterday, but I didn't buy it. My mom bought it for me, so I consider that keeping to my plan not to eat out. Somewhat. Yesterday was actually really good! Highly productive! My niece and nephew came over and helped me do much needed yard work. I cleaned out the flower beds, my nephew chopped out a stump, dug a hole for a fence post to repair a damaged area, used the edger to cut the weeds on the edge of the grass, and touched-up the paint on our garage, my niece finished scraping paint off our neighbor's garage wall and primed it. All in all, amazing progress on some big projects. It makes me feel a lot better about the tasks left to do. They don't seem quite to insurmountable now. In no time at all, we should have our yard in pretty good shape!
Overall, I kept to my diet pretty well yesterday and my mood was very good, much better than it has been all week. I'm gonna try and get as much accomplished again today as I possibly can as well. Hooray for nice, cooler weather!
Oh, on a final note, all the challenges I am staying strong on!
