Depressed that there was no change to the weight in spite of the fact that I have consumed less calories than I have spent, so wondering where is the disconnect here.

I have been losing weight for 4 straight weeks now, so this was depressing. Does anyone else go through this? Am I doing something wrong here?

161.2 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I go through this...your body sometimes takes a break you just need to keep with it it will start falling off again..I am exersizing and losing more inched than I am weight.
