I couldn't avoid the weigh in any longer.... Halloween candy weighs about 3 lbs in my tummy! No spike day this weekend....I am all spiked out! LOL
198.4 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

isn't it amazing how the stuff that tastes so good and comes in such small packages weighs the most in our tummies!! so not fair.. Hope you have a great weekend.. remember to drink enough water to float a boat.. lol :D

Already drank 25 ounces. 2 more bottles to go and I get my ice tea! Yum! Plus, I promise to do the elliptical for one episode of Sons of Anarchy....That will help!

Love the part of your weight history that says Lost so far: 40.6!!! You are doing GREAT!!! At least you now know the damage and it will only go down from there! :) The sugar is probably making you retain water and will be gone in a day or two!

I hear ya! That darn candy is a killer on the scale. I just watched a DVR'd episode of the Sons from Tues. last night, love it. I'm sure that weight will come off soon. Also, like ConniebytheSea said that 40.6 is amazing, so don't stop now!

Sooo glad we don't have trick or treaters..didn't buy the said candy that weighs so much in the tumme..LOL..keep drinking the water...:O)

Those little chocolate bars may as well be bricks for what they do to our bodies :S Good job pushing the liquids and making the plan for the elliptical.
